Weight loss. You know you want to lose weight but you seem to fail every time. If you're reading this page, you are reaching the end of your patience and you are desperate to lose weight.

Have you tried to lose weight? Have you tried diet after diet? Were you unsuccessful? If you said yes then the contents on this website could change your life forever. Why not take a moment right now to find out how I lost weight? Did you know you can too?

I used to weight 17 stones (238lb) but now I am a healthy 9.5 stones (133lbs). I'm 46 and I have maintained my weight at size UK14 for over 12 years now. I lost about 90lbs of excess fat and I've never felt better. I no longer obsess over food. I eat what I need and I can say no to all sorts of delicious food. I regularly effect my shape and size with some basic, fun and free forms of exercise  to keep on top of it all.

If I can do it you can too. To help you, I have trained for 7 years in the 'art' of Hypnosis. Hypnosis can be used to fix so many problems from fears and phobias to weight loss and quitting smoking. I'm really good at it now and, because I really did lose 90lbs, I've combined my Hypnosis skills with my experience of actually losing weight and staying slim for ages now into a powerful little book:

Accepting your true size

Every woman knows that we live in a world that is obsessed with the way we look. Although we all know that it is what is on the inside that really matters, lots of us feel judged on our appearance just as much - if not more - than our personalities. And it is of course a two way street, because as much as we may feel that others notice and form opinions on the way we look, we too perform this `book by its cover` judgement on others.

As a result of this, social ideals of beauty have naturally emerged, meaning that at any one time there tends to be one certain body shape that women generally would like to emulate or achieve. At the moment lots of people believe that to be slim is to be pretty or attractive, which is perhaps why we are constantly bombarded with images of slim women on television and in magazines.

This collective belief that being slim is the ideal means that many women who do not fit this image of beauty try to deny their true clothes size, instead squeezing into inappropriate sizes in an attempt to convince themselves that they are a size or two smaller than they know themselves to be.

There are, however, a number of problems with this approach, the first of which being that obviously clothes that are too small are not likely to look or feel great. You might feel happy that this smaller size `fits`, but just because you can physically get it over your head that does not mean that it fits in the truest sense of the word. By accepting your true clothes size and realising that the number on the label does not actually matter you will be more inclined to choose clothes depending on whether they look great and feel comfortable, rather than going for the smallest size that will fit.

If anything clothes that are too small are likely to accentuate the parts of your body that you may not love, which is probably not the look you are going for. Instead accept that the number on your clothing does not really matter and instead buy and wear the things that fit well and make you feel attractive. After all, you are the only one who knows what the size label on the inside of your clothing says.

Furthermore, by accepting your true clothes size you will be able to fully accept who you truly are. By constantly denying your true size you are refusing to acknowledge every part of yourself, which certainly is not a recipe for feeling happy and content in your own skin. By accepting your true size you can learn to feel happy with who you are, or if you do not feel entirely happy you can begin to take steps to change it. Acknowledging your true size will also allow you to be more realistic with dieting or slimming goals, as you will have a clearer idea of where you are now and where you want to be in the future.

There are many ways to go about finding out your true size. For you bra size, by far the best thing you can do is to get measured. Admittedly some women find this process a little cringe worthy, but with a real idea of your size you will be able to go out there and buy bras that fit well and provide you with the appropriate support. For waist measurements you should always measure around your natural waistline and hip measurements should go around your bum and the widest part of your hips.

Even when you have your proper measurements, it is important to remember that for some unknown reason clothes sizes differ drastically from store to store. Although a size 16 may fit perfectly in one shop you may find yourself needing a size 20 in another, but do not let this make you feel flustered. Just remember that the way the clothes look and feel is far more important than the number on the label and most women have a huge variety of sizes in their wardrobes.

Lastly, there are some great garments out there to help you achieve the shape you want. Supportive control underwear is ideal if you are planning to wear something tight-fitted or clingy and miraclesuit swimwear and bikinis cannot be beaten when it comes to look fabulous on the beach.
